We take pride in the communities that we manage and build and it shows according to the Arizona Landscape Contractors Association (ALCA). The results for the 36th Annual Arizona Excellence in Landscaping Awards are in. We are proud to announce that we won 4 awards! Award Winning Communities:
• Award of Distinction for Commercial Maintenance between $25,001-$50,000 at Colonia Miramonte. This is one of two communities that Account Manager Eric Watsonwon this year. Colonia Miramonteis managed by Management Support Services. • Judge’s Award for Commercial Maintenance over $500,000 at Vistancia. Our very own Anthony V. Luciano is the Director of Horticulture at Vistancia and this community is managed by CCMC. • Judge’s Award for Commercial Maintenance between $150,000-$250,000 at Pleasant Valley.Dan Trudeau manages the landscape for Pleasant Valley along with 11 other communties for us. Pleasant Valley is managed by Elite CommunityManagement. • Judge’s Award for Commercial Maintenance between $50,000-$150,000 at Ironwood Commons.Rossmar and Grahamis the property management company for Ironwood Commons and Eric Watson is the Account Manager who manages the landscape for the community. This the second award Eric won for communities he manages this year.
Eric and Anthony attended the awards presentation and accepted these prestigious awards at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain in Marana earlier this month.

Mischelle Arreca Director of Business Development, SLM
Mischelle joined the team in 2009 as a Business Development Manager for the commercial management industry. In 2012, she transitioned to the Director of Business Development for the HOA and Commercial Division. Most recently, Mischelle was elected to the Board of Directors for Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and featured in AZRE Magazine.
