24-HOUR EMERGENCY AND STORM DAMAGE ASSISTANCE
Emergency Procedure is the same for every department. Caretaker Landscape takes pride in the ability to provide the highest quality of service in all aspects, no matter the day or time.
Any issues that arise outside of normal business hours will be handled as follows:
- Call our 24-hour emergency telephone number.
- Calls will be responded to within 30-45 min, depending on circumstances.
- Situation will be evaluated and proper staff member will be dispatched if necessary.
- If escalated to an issue that cannot be resolved during business hours, your Account Manager will receive immediate notification, followed by the Director of the appropriate division, depending on the situation.
- Account Manager will follow up with an incident report to ensure proper documentation.
