The Tree Division at Caretaker Landscape and Tree Management, led by Jason Richard, is made up of dedicated individuals who adhere to the highest degree of professionalism, and who are determined to protect and improve our environment through proper tree care. Understanding the value your trees bring to your communities, properties, and the public throughout the valley, is key to their passion.
The Tree Management Plan at Caretaker Landscape is comprised of:
- Protecting the tree inventory through proper ISA and ANSI pruning techniques.
- Focusing on long-term tree health and management to increase property value.
- Promoting safety of the community by regular tree assessments to identify hazards or declining trees.
Director of Tree Management, Jason Richard, has been with Caretaker Landscape and Tree Management for the past 8 years. Jason has created a winning team that is dedicated to continued growth as well as promoting education for our clients.
Safety is a key factor when it comes to proper tree pruning. Statistics show that an Arborist ranks as one of the top 5 most dangerous jobs in America. Which is why Jason created a position for continuous training and safety assurance. In early 2019, Anthony Basile was promoted to Training and Process Coordinator.
“When you know the ‘what’ and the ‘why’, the how is easier,” says Richard. Caretaker Landscape and Tree Management believes that education breeds passion. With two Certified Evaluators on staff, on-going training, and education, is provided to every member of the Tree Division. Currently there are three members of the Tree Division that will be testing for their Tree Worker Certification and another achieving their Certified Arborist credentials within the first quarter of 2021.
