Patricia is collaborative, team oriented HR professional with 20 years of Human Resources experience working in Health Care, Education Technology and Call Center Service Support industries. She has been part of two start-up organizations where she was responsible for talent management, policies, procedures, employee relations, and compliance. She has a proven ability to partner and develop a trust based relationship at all organizational level and contribute based on strong business acumen.
Patricia received her Associate Degree from Phoenix Community College and her Bachelors of Art in Sociology from Arizona State University. She has been a member of National Society of Human Resources Management and Human Resources of Greater Phoenix for the majority of her career. She has served on the Health Care advisor Committee for Jobing.com.
