Todd studied Aeronautical Engineering Technology at Arizona State University and graduated from Officer Candidate School at the USMC in Quantico.  In addition, Todd earned his Sustainable Landscape Management Certification from through Arizona Landscape Contractors Association (ALCA).

Todd has 30+ years experience in heavy civil and residential construction and development management.  For eight years, Todd was the Manager of Land Development for Pulte Homes.  He supervised the development of various large master planned communities, such as Anthem at Merrill Ranch, Cortina, Coldwater Springs, Solera (Springfield Lakes) and Solera at Johnson Ranch.  Throughout his career, Todd has also led many improvement projects for large commercial land development projects.  Todd was instrumental in creating Caretaker’s landscape construction division, helping Caretaker perform the 162-acre renovation at the Discovery Campus in Tempe.  He is well versed in developing budgets and schedules, quickly and accurately assessing situations and developing strong relationships with team members and our partners.
