At the start of this project we worked to manage the stability and health of the three existing Eucalyptus trees, we did so by protecting them during the site grading. A total of 180 trees, 7 Washingtonia Robusta Fan Palms along with 1700 shrubs were installed to give the project an instant established look and provided further curb appeal for potential buyers. Almost 4000 square feet of sod was installed to give the pop of green throughout the project. Along with the living landscape and ramada, a net play climber and other site amenities were installed for the residents to use. A paver patio and seating area was built around the center existing Eucalyptus tree, which provides plenty of shade. 19 surface select boulders were placed throughout the project to give a more natural look. Although it was a smaller project that we usually take on, we are glad we did as the finished project had a great curbside appeal.
