We are so excited to share the big news!!! Four of our communities have been selected for awards for the ALCA 36th Annual Arizona Excellence in Landscaping Awards. The award program, designated by ALCA, is the largest and most prestigious event in the Arizona Landscape Industry. The final awards will be presented on November 17, 2012.

The communities selected are as follows:
Commercial Maintenance Over $500,000:
Vistancia– This property is managed by CCMC and our very own Anthony Luciano is in charge of Landscape Management at the community.
Commercial Maintenance Between $150,001-$250,000:
Pleasant Valley- Managed by Elite Community Management, Dan Trudeau is in charge of Landscape Management for the community.
Commercial Maintenance between $50,000-$150,000
Ironwood Commons- Managed by Rossmar and Graham in partnership with Eric Watson who is in charge of Landscape Management for the community.
Commercial Landscape between $25,001-$50,000
Colonia Miramonte- This community is managed by Management Support Services and is the second community for Account Manager Eric Watson to be selected for an award this year.
